Dynamic textures is a material developped by a student industrial design.I stumbled on this material when we were searching for a solution for a project where we want to make sure that you can't put any warm food in the fridge or freezer.
The material gets little fangs when it contains something that is still hot, so we could make sure the jars don't fit anymore in the fridge or freezer.
This is a really smart material but for now it is still not production ready, I can see a lot of options for this product when it is perfectionized.
The project is focussed on trying to find an electrical appliance that we need to make more ecological.
